TOM
Thomas (Tom) Schaub is the Managing Partner of Bluefin Building, overseeing land acquisition, project development, and construction. With more than 25 years of experience in construction management and real estate development, Tom spent the first 10 years of his career working in commercial construction management across the tri-state area.
For the past 15 years, he has specialized in building and developing luxury homes in the Hamptons. In addition to his role at Bluefin Building, Tom is the Founder and Owner of Bluefin General Contracting, a premier general contracting firm based in the Hamptons, renowned for its expertise in constructing high-end luxury residences.
Tom holds a BS in Finance from Boston College and resides in Center Moriches, NY. He also spends his winters in Indian Rocks Beach, FL. Outside of work, Tom is an avid fisherman and outdoor enthusiast.
MAX
Maxim (Max) Lojevsky is the Managing Partner of Bluefin Building. He is responsible for all financial aspects of the venture. Max has over 25 years of real estate finance, asset management, private equity, and capital markets experience at BNP Paribas, UBS, and Deutsche Bank, having worked in New York, London, Paris, and Moscow.
He is also the founding partner and CEO of Bluegrove Capital Management Ltd, a London, UK based independent asset management firm.
Max resides between New York (USA), London (UK), and Biarritz (France). He is an avid car enthusiast, as well as surfer and skier. Like Tom, he graduated from Boston College with a BSc in Finance.
